Booking Conditions

Your enquiry is not confirmed until you have received confirmation from Newmarket Gardens Caravan Park staff.

To make a booking you will be required to send payment for your first night’s accommodation as a deposit once your enquiry has been confirmed by our staff.

A 100% cancellation fee on deposits paid applies if the booking is cancelled or changed within 14 days of booked arrival date or you do not arrive on the stated arrival date. If you do not arrive within arrival times on the arrival date then the entire booking is treated as cancelled.

A cash security deposit of $50.00 is payable on arrival for each cabin booked. A cash security deposit of $20.00 is payable on arrival for each on-site caravan/lodge room booked. This deposit is held to ensure the return of the key, boom gate card, that all accommodation remains non-smoking, and that all accommodation is left in the condition it was found. The security deposit is held and is refundable on departure. For sites there is also a cash $20-00 security deposit for a Boom Gate card for each vehicle.  This is held and refundable on departure. These deposits must be paid in cash. Please note that current Open Drivers Licence or current Passport identification is required to be presented by those staying in our accommodation. Please advise staff of any special requirements (including linen hire) when making your booking, so that we can aid in facilitating these requirements.
