Travelling from the North

Follow Bruce Highway towards city (do not take any exits) When you see an overhead railway bridge, move into the right hand lane (approx. 3 kms from city) At the 3rd set of traffic lights after the bridge TURN RIGHT into NEWMARKET ROAD and follow to end. TURN LEFT into ENOGGERA ROAD and immediately move into the right hand lane TURN RIGHT at next traffic lights into ASHGROVE AVENUE. Newmarket Gardens is located 200m on your left.

Travelling from South

Follow SOUTH EAST FREEWAY M3 in the centre lane past all City exits and take exit NORTHERN SUBURBS Follow HALE STREET Go past Suncorp Stadium on left. Follow signs to KELVIN GROVE ROAD. Follow KELVIN GROVE ROAD for approx 3klms. Turn left into ASHGROVE AVENUE opposite the MOBIL SERVICE STATION. Newmarket Gardens is located 200m on your left.

Using the Story Bridge (Alt. 1)

From Logan Road (Alt. 1) Beaudesert (30), Ipswich Road (15), follow Alt.1 past Royal Brisbane Hospital which is on your left hand side. TURN LEFT into Newmarket Road and follow (2km) to end. TURN LEFT into Enoggera Road, and immediately move into right hand lane TURN RIGHT at next traffic lights into ASHGROVE AVENUE. Newmarket Gardens is located 200m on your left.

Travelling from West (Ipswich/Toowoomba)

Exit from Western Freeway /Northern Suburbs at the Toowong Cemetery roundabout and follow TOOWONG/CITY along Milton Road past the XXXX Brewery. Move into the left hand lane and EXIT LEFT following HALE STREET then follow on to KELVIN GROVE ROAD. Stay on KELVIN GROVE ROAD for approx 3klms then turn left at the traffic lights opposite the MOBILE SERVICE STATION into ASHGROVE AVENUE. Newmarket Gardens is located 200m on your left.  

Travelling from Airport

After leaving the terminal follow Airport Drive for approx 5klm. Take the exit ramp onto the Old Gateway Motorway. Take the next Exit ramp off towards City. Turn left at Links Ave North then continue left onto KINGSFORD SMITH DRIVE. After 4klm take the INNER CITY BYPASS. Take the exit for KELVIN GROVE RD. Turn right into KELVIN GROVE ROAD and travel approx 2.5klm. Turn left at ASHGROVE AVENUE opposite the MOBIL SERVICE STATION. Newmarket Gardens is located 200m on your left.
